12 Apr Play Golf Bali Familiarisation
Bali, Indonesia: Prominent golf tour operators from around the region have been among the first to be introduced to Play Golf Bali.
In recent weeks, senior representatives from travel companies in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore and Vietnam have been briefed about the new partnership of golf clubs on the Island of the Gods, which aims to enhance Bali’s reputation as one of the world’s most exotic golfing destinations.
Play Golf Bali is comprised of Bali National Golf Club, Bukit Pandawa Golf & Country Club, Handara Golf & Resort Bali and New Kuta Golf along with Baltic Tour and Travel, Indonesia’s foremost golf travel operator.
Baromeus Gosal, President-Director of Baltic Tour and Travel, said: “It’s important for Play Golf Bali to get its message out to the influential golf tour operators.
“That’s why we wanted to invite top individuals from these companies to try out the packages that Play Golf Bali will be promoting with them … and to have first-hand experience of the stunning golf courses that Bali offers.
“We’re encouraged by the initial feedback from those who attended the familiarisation trips.
“Given the world-class courses, world-class caddies, world-class service and wonderful weather, as well as top quality dining and a variety of accommodation options, we’re confident of a positive response.”
In addition to sampling Bali’s golf courses, the visitors experienced some of the Island’s enchanting non-golf attractions such as trips to temples, Ubud Monkey Forest, Ubud Art Market, Bali Safari and Marine Park and trekking to the Secret Garden of Sambangan.
All of the above can be combined in personalised itineraries for golfing tourists and their families,
Details of the packages as well as profiles of the member clubs of the partners can be found at a new dedicated website, www.playgolfbali.com
